COURSE LOCATION:

Rosewood Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209. Rosewood Hall is located on the first floor of the City of Homewood building. There is parking behind the building as well as an underground parking garage. 


SCHEDULE:

8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. – Check In 

8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Class Instruction


ATTENDANCE POLICY:

To receive AI and State credit, 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. 


CONTINUING EDUCATION:

Approved for 7 hours of CE by the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board
Approved for 6 hours of CE by the Alabama Real Estate Commission


LODGING IN THE AREA:

The Aloft Hotel is across the street from Rosewood Hall. There is a group rate of $139 tax per night. Please make reservations by January 8th.

Enrollment Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to pampaulk@aialabama.com


Enrollment Cancellation Fees: 

Up To 15 days prior to program start date, refund in full.

7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.

Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
