Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class. Class Materials: Tuition fee includes the pdf downloaded version class materials of the NEWLY required reference manual and the course handbook. Students may purchase a print copy of class materials for an additional fee at time of registration. No class materials will be available at class. Students are required to bring their own copy of the current USPAP book and the class materials. (The USPAP book is separate from the class materials and is not included in tuition fee) The USPAP publication did not change for 2022.

Course Schedule: Sign-in
8:15 a.m. Class 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 100% Attendance is required for all
Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or leave
early. Those missing class times may not receive credit. Please review
"Cancellation Policy".
Class Location: West Virginia DOT, 1340 Smith Street, Charleston, WV. Parking lot across the street.

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be
received in writing at the Chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume
that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been
received. Cancellation days are BUSINESS DAYS.
Cancel Fees
7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
The Bluegrass Chapter of the Appraisal
Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations
or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserve the right to cancel, limit, or
reschedule the course and to change the faculty assignments and facility
locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration
before making any non-refundable airline reservations.
Course Attendance: 100% attendance is required for all
Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification
Board minimum criteria requirements.
ADA Policy: If you have a disability and may require
special accommodations, please notify the chapter office at least two weeks in
advance and we will arrange for reasonable accommodations.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
