Virtual Classroom-Live/Interactive Participation Guidelines: Students must have a computer, webcam, and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit.  If you have a Lenovo laptop, you must have the Lenovo Vantage App installed on your computer for the webcam to operate.The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor. A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to pampaulk@aialabama.com as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to June 26th. You will receive a separate email from the Alabama Chapter with log-in/access information. ATTENDANCE POLICY:

To receive AI and State credit, 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs.

  • attendance will be checked throughout the day
  • students are required to hold up photo ID when the instructor calls the student's name, during roll call
  • students are required to be visible on the virtual platform during the entirety of the course

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

Approved for 7 hours of CE to the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board


Materials option defaults to Download. You may chose to pay for printed materials and have them shipped to you but you must have them in time for the class

Enrollment Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to pampaulk@aialabama.com


Enrollment Cancellation Fees: 

Up To 15 days prior to program start date, refund in full.

7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.

Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.


You are required to check with other state certification boards to make sure they will accept a virtual class.

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
