The class will be held at the Salt Lake Board
of Realtors office in the Snowbird room: 230 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Sandy UT.
Registration will begin at 8:00am, Class will begin at 8:30am. You will have an
hour on your own for lunch. Class will end at 3:30pm.
Course Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is
required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Credit and a course
completion certificate can only be issued by attending 100% of the course.
Please plan accordingly and be on time as late arrival or leaving early could
jeopardize your receiving a certificate of attendance.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class. Cancellation Policy • Up To
15 days prior to program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee • 7 - 14 days
prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee • Less than 7 days prior
to program start date, forfeit of payment Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for
cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed
students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a
confirmation has been received. Direct your email requests to:
execdir@ai-utah.com. The Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not
responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other travel
expenses. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the
program and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time.

minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If
you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.

The registration price for the 7-Hour USPAP
Update course includes the student manual - but does NOT include the required
USPAP book. EACH STUDENT NEEDS TO BRING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE 2020-2021 USPAP
BOOK WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE APPRAISAL FOUNDATION at the following

Per the Appraisal Foundation, a student can use an electronic copy of the USPAP
Book on a laptop. However, each student must have their OWN copy. In other
words, each student must have a device with a copy of the USPAP Book. Sharing a
copy is not acceptable! If someone does not have a copy available at the class,
they cannot receive credit and no registration refunds will be given. NOTE:
There will NOT be any copies of the book available for purchase the day of the
class so please come prepared with your own USPAP material (the 2020-2023
Edition). If using an electronic version, please make sure to have it
downloaded before arriving!

This is an IN-PERSON CLASS and may not be
approved for CE in every state. You should contact your specific state to
determine current education approval and requirements. If you have a license in
Utah, this class IS approved
in UT. If you have a license in another state, you will
need to make sure that state has approved the class for CE.
You MUST have the 2020-2023 USPAP book and either
bring it with you or have it available on a device. This MUST be purchased
separately.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
