You can purchase a hard copy if you prefer at time of registration. In addition, you must also bring a copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP with you to class. The registration fee DOES NOT include a copy of USPAP. This can be purchased from The Appraisal Foundation at www.appraisalfoundation.org if you do not already have a copy. Both the Student Handbook and the 2020-2021 USPAP are needed to attend the course. None will be available at the classroom site. Registrations can be cancelled or transfered to a different date up to 7 days prior to the start of the course. Cancellations or transfers within 7 days of the start of the class are subject to a $30 processing fee. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 15 hours for appraisal prelicense education

Experiences

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

To purchase a print or electronic copy of the publication, please visit The Appraisal Foundation.
