You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.

Registration is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the
class. Within 7 days of the class, there is a $30 cancellation fee.

Course Materials: When you register through the Appraisal
Institute, you will have the option to either download course materials
(included in the registration price) or pay an additional fee to have a hard
copy sent to you directly, prior to the course. No hard copies will be available at the course.
You will need a standard calculator for this
class. It does NOT need to be a financial calculator. You can
use your smart phone calculator for the class room exams, but you can NOT use
your smart phone during the exam.
Food & Beverages: For student, instructor, and employer
convenience, a limited variety of refreshments and snacks are included in your
registration fee and will be available for a.m. and p.m. breaks. In order to
keep registration fees lower, lunch will be on your own for MAAO
co-sponsored courses such as this one, so please plan accordingly.
This course has been approved for 30 hours of
appraisal qualifying education credit by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
