Seminar Description - The last thing you want in your residential appraisal report is inconsistency. Yet it happens to even the most seasoned appraisers. This fast-paced seminar, which focuses on non-lender work, will identify the most significant inconsistencies that can have a major impact on the credibility of your report.

Topics highlighted include the definition of market value, market analysis and highest and best use, the three approaches, functional and external obsolescence, and reconciliation. If you want to improve your appraisal reports, expand your practice to include non-lender work, or participate in interesting and lively discussions that every residential appraiser or reviewer can relate to, this seminar is for you!
