These are indeed unprecedented times that we are living in. A lot has changed in the last one to two weeks and it will continue to evolve in the coming days and weeks. The Iowa Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will do everything we can do to help you get your Continuing Education hours needed for your Appraisal, Real Estate, or Assessor license(s). We will of course continue to monitor the evolving situation and follow the advice of the Governor and our health care professionals surrounding the current situation with this virus. We will also keep you informed on any additional changes or updates that we have.
