Notes

This virtual class is held by Zoom. Several days before the class you will be sent the call in information. Class hours are 8:30am-4:40pm PST. Please start to log on shortly after 8am the day of the class so we can get everyone checked in by 8:30am. As with every other USPAP class you've taken from the Appraisal Institute over the years this class requires two books, not just one. The books are the 2020-2021 USPAP book that you order from the Appraisal Foundation and after registering you can download the handbook from the Appraisal Institute website to either save the pdf or print it. The morning of the class you will be asked to show just the cover of both books before the class starts. If you have the electronic version for both books please print just the cover to verify that you have both books. Make sure you don't wait until the morning of the class to do this.

A camera and microphone are required for all of our zoom classes. Your camera needs to be on at all times so we can verify your attendance. If your camera is off and we can't reach you we have to assume that you've left the class and won't receive any ce or a refund.

Experiences

Course Materials Include:

  • Course Handbook (104 pp.)

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.
