This course is being offered by the Massachusetts Rhode Island & Maine Chapter through a collaboration with the Land Trust Alliance saving attendees an average of over $500 vs. the typical registration fee. After you register for this class, please go to your Education and Events page for details on what you must complete BEFORE class begins. To access your Education and Events page, log on to the Appraisal Institute website at https://ai.appraisalinstitute.org/eweb (click on the three horizontal lines to the left of the AI logo and select “My AI Account” from the drop-down menu). You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.  This course is approved for GBCI CE Hours by the USGBC.

Registration Information: Reservations are on a first come, first
serve basis. Only those reservations that include full payment will be
considered. Space is not guaranteed for those who register after the
registration deadline. Priority is given to students enrolling for more
than one course. Seating is limited and sessions may fill quickly. A
minimum enrollment is required to be able to offer these courses. We
reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule this course if a minimum
enrollment is not met. If the course is cancelled, you will be notified
and given a full refund. Consequently, we do not recommend purchasing
non-refundable airline tickets.We reserve the rights to cancel, limit,
or reschedule the course and to change faculty assignments and facility
locations at any time. APPRAISER QUALIFICATION HOURS & ATTENDANCE POLICY The
Appraisal Institute enforces attendance requirements mandated by state
licensing and certification regulatory agencies. The Appraisal Institute
issues certificates for state certification/licensing or state
continuing education credit that verify successful completion and
attendance of 100% with your grade notification letter. One hundred
percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute
education programs. Credit and a course completion certificate can only
be issued by attending 100% of the course. Please plan accordingly and
be on time as late arrival or leaving early could jeopardize your
receiving a certificate of attendance. Makeup of missed sessions is not
allowed.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
