Participant Deliverables

IMPORTANT! A pre-class writing assignment is a required component of the General Demonstration Report—Capstone Program as written under the section Fundamental Market Analysis Submission in The Official Guide to the Demonstration of Knowledge Requirement: General.
To be eligible for review, the submission must include, at minimum, all sections of the report through the Fundamental Market Analysis (FMA). The FMA assignment must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. central time at least one week prior to the second webinar via an online portal that is accessible upon logging into the AI website and clicking on the Go-To-Class link for the Capstone.
If a Candidate does not submit the assignment by the deadline, or the submitted assignment fails to contain the minimum requirements, AI will terminate the Candidate’s non-refundable enrollment in the Capstone program offering.
Furthermore, the final draft of the demonstration appraisal report must meet certain requirements that make it eligible for grading as written under the section Capstone Report Submission Requirements in The Official Guide to the Demonstration of Knowledge Requirement: General. I also certify that I am the person identified above under Personal Data and that I will personally complete each assigned module of instruction and any examination(s). I understand and agree that if I misrepresent my identity or arrange for someone else to represent himself or herself as me at any time during the Appraisal Institute online course or seminar, I will be immediately removed from the course or seminar and I will not be entitled to any refund. I further understand that if I am a Designated member, Candidate for Designation, Practicing Affiliate, or Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute and participated in any misrepresentation of identity, by affirmative act or failure to act, I will be the subject of a peer review proceeding under Regulation No. 6 for violation of the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute, and such peer review proceeding may result in termination of my Appraisal Institute membership, candidacy, and/or affiliation.

Synchronous Education Exception Please note that not all states have approved synchronous education, therefore, registrants MUST CHECK their individual states for approval BEFORE registering for the Program. Before registering for the Program, registrants understand and agree that continuing education credit for this program MAY NOT be available in their state on the date of the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State exceptions for synchronous education may expire PRIOR to the offering date. State Credit Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
