Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Students are required to bring their own copy of the current USPAP (shows 2020-2021 on the front cover) to class. The USPAP publication did not change for 2022. For more information, see The Appraisal Foundation's FAQs here.


Tuition includes a downloaded version of the NEWLY required reference manual and the course handbook.  Students that wish to have a printed copy of materials may opt to do so at an additional $15.00 shipping fee paid at checkout.

Please remember to bring your materials if they were shipped to you.   If you did not purchase materials to be shipped, bring your electronic device so that you can view the materials online, or print and bring them.  We do not have extra sets of materials.

·  Once logged in, make sure to click the "My Account" button on the top right of the page.  It is a red button.
