Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

This class will be the new 2020/2021 USPAP.
This class will be held at the University of Phoenix Tempe Campus. PLEASE NOTE THE ADDRESS OF THE BUILDING. There will be no beverages or lunch provided, you are free to bring your own. Registration will open at 8:00 am and instruction will begin at 8:30. Everyone MUST bring a copy of the new USPAP with you to the class, either in print or electronic format. You may not take the class without it. It can be purchased from the foundation website when it becomes available. I will NOT have copies of USPAP so please purchase them before you come. National also requires that you have a copy of the class materials IF YOU CHOOSE THE DOWNLOAD OPTION (GIVES YOU A $15.00 DISCOUNT) YOU MUST HAVE IT WITH YOU - electronically or printed. WE WILL NOT HAVE EXTRA MATERIALS.
"PLEASE NOTE - you are registering for the 2020/2021 USPAP Class. An error in the Appraisal Institute system will not allow us to change the course name until the class is officially released in December. You are registering for the new 2020/2021 USPAP class and should ignore the incorrect class name - we will not offer the current version"

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be
awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval
information before completing registration.
