Students are required to bring their own copy of the current USPAP Update book to class.  The USPAP publication did not change for 2022.  For more information, see The Appraisal Foundation's FAQs here.  Students can purchase the USPAP book through the Appraisal Foundation.  (The USPAP book is separate from the class materials.)

Additional Information

Class Materials: Tuition fee includes the pdf download version class materials of the Newly required reference manual and the course handbook.  Students may purchase a print copy of class materials for an additional fee at time of registration.  No class materials will be available at class.

- See list of your registered offerings, scroll to class name and select View
You will now see a box that contains downloadable program materials

 

Course Schedule: Sign-in 8:15 a.m. Class 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 100% Attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or leave early. Those missing class times may not receive credit. Please review "Cancellation Policy".

- Scroll to the very bottom of the screen to (1) COMPLETE EVALUATION FORM and (2) RETRIEVE CERTIFICATE

COVID-19 Information:  In order to meet social distancing guidelines, the Chapter will be taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our students and instructors:

·       Class size will be limited.  As restrictions are lifted/amended, the Chapter will adjust class size.

·       Each student will have their own desk/table and adequate space between desks/tables will be provided.

·      Unvaccinated Students will be required to wear masks; all Students should observe social distancing at all times.  Hand sanitizer will be available.

Disclaimer Information

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the Chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received.  Cancellation days are BUSINESS DAYS.

Cancel Fees
7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.

The Bluegrass Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserve the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the course and to change the faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration before making any non-refundable airline reservations.

Course Attendance: 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements.
