THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPUTER, WEBCAM AND MICROPHONE. IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE CREDIT. Virtual Classroom Guidelines: Students must have a computer, webcam and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. If you have a Lenova laptop, you must have the Lenova Vantage App installed on your computer for the webcam to operate. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor. A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the start date. You will receive a separate email from the chapter office with log-in access information. Please contact the chapter office if you have any questions regarding the participation guidelines at: Lauren@eflai.org ZOOM access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation. You do not need a paid account from ZOOM to participate. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering. Please check your webcam privacy settings on your computer.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received. Direct your email requests to: Lauren@eflai.org 

Cancellation Policy

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee

• 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee

• Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.

Class Schedule:

Login and Roll Call:  8:30 – 9:00 am

Class Instruction:  9:00 am – 4:30 pm

Lunch:  30-Minutes


Attendance Requirements:

•    Attendance will be monitored throughout the day.

•    Students are required to hold up photo ID at roll call, if requested.

•    Students are required to be visible on the virtual platform during the entire class – 100% attendance policy applies.

•    Instructors will direct questions to each student during the class.

State CE Credit:  If you are seeking continuing education credit for Florida this class is approved.  This is a virtual class and may not be approved in every State for continuing education credit.  For other states, you should determine current education approval and requirements. Not all states have approved the release of the 2022-2023 USPAP – if you are licensed in other states please check for CE approval prior to registering.


Please note: Students need to have the 2020-21 USPAP (either print or electronic) or they will not receive continuing education credit.


Student Course Handbook-Download: Have your student course handbook loaded on your laptop ready for viewing.


Student Course Handbook-Printed & Shipped: If you opted to purchase a printed course handbook at an additional fee when registering, they will be shipped to you 30 days prior to the program.

Course Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
