Virtual Meeting Participation Guidelines: Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. You must send a copy of a picture ID, which can be your driver's license with all details blacked out except the name and picture emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle; you must be able to see the presentation, be seen and respond if necessary. ZOOM access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering. Check state approvals before registering to make sure the states you are licensed have approved the course/seminar and allow Virtual education in place of classroom education during the pandemic.

Metro New Jersey Chapter’s offering of Business Practices & Ethics scheduled on June 4th is a Virtual Meeting on Zoom. Virtual Classroom-Live/Interactive Participation Guidelines: Students must have computer, webcam, and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date. You will receive a separate email from the Chapter Office with log-in/access information. Please contact the chapter office if you have any questions regarding the participation guidelines, metronj@ai-newjersey.org. You must choose printed materials if you want a hard copy of the materials. If you do not choose printed materials, you will download your materials from your Appraisal Institute account portal, This seminar is required by the Appraisal Institute for AI members, candidates, and affiliates for 30 points and approved for 6 CE hours of state credit in most states. You will receive your certificates in your AI portal within 7 days after completing the class.

Cancellation Information:

Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $25 cancel fee

 3-14 days prior to the program start date, $50 cancel fee

Less than 3 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided
