100% Attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or leave early. Those missing class times may not receive credit. Please review "Cancellation Policy".

·       Adequate space between desks/tables will be provided.

·      Unvaccinated Students are asked to wear masks; all Students should observe social distancing at all times.  Hand sanitizer will be available.

The Bluegrass Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserve the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the course and to change the faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration before making any non-refundable airline reservations.

Course Attendance: 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements.
