Registration - February 1st at 8:00 am. Class lecture - 8:30-4:30 daily. Exam is done on the afternoon of the last day.
Light breakfast will be provided.

Cancellation Policy - $50 cancellation fee.. No shows without any contact, payment will be forfeited.

Course Materials - Participants have the option to purchase print materials that will arrive at the address provided before the class. If print materials are not purchased, materials can be downloaded after registration. Printed materials will not be available onsite and the Chapter is not able to print them ahead of time.

Students must attend 100% of the class to receive credit. Partial attendance credit cannot be given.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
