Reference Manual
These are available as a digital download. Hard copies can be purchased for an additional fee at time of registration. The course price does not include a copy of USPAP, which is required for course credit. Students must bring their own copy of USPAP to the course. None will be available at the class room. Note: the 2020-2021 USPAP is the current edition, no changes were made for 2022-2023. It is highly recommended that you bring a digital copy of USPAP (known as eUSPAP) to the course if possible. This course has been approved for 7 hours of appraisal continuing education credit by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. This course has been approved for 7 hours of real estate continuing education credit by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class. Registrations can be cancelled or transferred to a different date up to 7 days prior to the start of the course. Cancellations or transfers within 7 days of the start of the class are subject to a $30 processing fee.

State Credit
Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
