Unless otherwise noted, the course price does not include a copy of the current USPAP edition, which is required for course credit. When the chapter does not include, participants must bring their own copy of the USPAP edition to class.

Cancellation Policy

With written requests postmarked more than 14 days prior to Course, refunds will be granted less a $30 cancellation fee.  For written requests postmarked 7 to 14 days prior to event, an $50 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations 6 days or less prior to the Course and “no shows” the day of the event will forfeit payment.

COVID-19 Information -- UPDATED 12/10/21

In order to meet social distancing guidelines, the Chapter will be taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our students and instructors, which is in line with the facility.

·       Class size will be limited.  As restrictions are lifted/amended, the Chapter will adjust class size.

·       The Ohio University - Dublin Campus has a 3-foot social distancing capacity indoors, especially in the classroom.

·      Students, faculty, staff, and visitors to all OHIO campuses are required to wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Masks also are required on public transportation and when entering, exiting, or standing in line to enter an indoor campus facility; and are recommended outdoors for unvaccinated individuals who cannot maintain physical distance. Vaccinated individuals are not required to mask outdoors. Under certain circumstances outdoors, the university may require masking.

Attendance Policy
The Appraisal Institute, AQB, and OHLB require full attendance (100%) at the course.  If the attendance roster reflects less than 100%, it could/will show up on the roster submission to the states.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Ohio Chapter reserves the right to cancel this course if the minimum enrollment level is not reached.

The chapter recommends that students reserve their hotel room directly with the hotel where the courses are being held and not with a third-party reservation service. In the case of a cancellation, by booking directly with the recommended hotel you may typically cancel your hotel room within 24+ hours of the reservation with no cancellation fee. Students are responsible for their own hotel and airline fees in the event of a cancellation.

Attendance requirements mandated by the state of Ohio will be strictly enforced. Certificates will be issued to those in attendance for 100% of the Course hours or better. If you have a disability and may require some accommodation, please notify us in writing at least 2 weeks in advance and we will arrange for reasonable accommodation.

Program materials can be downloaded by the student or can be shipped directly to the student. If you choose to have the material shipped and do not receive your materials within 5 days before the offering start date, please call the chapter office.
