For this Novemberfest class offering, you MUST register for 2 separate Spotlight classes.  "Spotlight on:  Reappraising, Reassigning, Readdressing" AND "Spotlight on: Common Errors and Issues".   These two classes are 2 hours of credit each, for a total of 4 credit hours.   If you only sign up for one class, we will contact you directly to remind you that you need to sign up for BOTH.  This class will show a $140 charge, and the 2nd will be $5. Taking just one of the classes is NOT an option.

·         Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $25 cancel fee

·        8-14 days prior to the program start date, $90 cancel fee

Class Registration:  Nov 3, 2022 at 10:45 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Class starts at 11:00am - 4:00pm  (Lunch & drinks are included with seminar fee). Social to follow from 4:00-5:00pm

  

Continue Education Credit: Seven (4) hours of continuing education credits have been approved for license and appraisal certification renewal in Iowa and Illinois, four (4) hours of continuing education credits have been approved for Realtors by the Iowa Real Estate Commission, four (4) hours of continuing education credits have been approved by the Appraisal Institute. Four (4) hours has been applied for to the Iowa Dept of Revenue. 


Attendance:The Appraisal Institute enforces attendance requirements mandated by State licensing and certification regulatory agencies. The Iowa Chapter enforces the attendance requirements as mandated by the State of Iowa and the AQB. There is a 100% attendance policy.
