Registration is from 8:00 am to 8:30 am on the first day. Classes run from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm each day. The HP-12C is required. However, students can bring another financial calculator if they know fully how to use it. Only the operation of the HP-12C is covered in class. The seminar is primarily geared for commercial appraisers. The student handbook is provided as an electronic download when you register. You can purchase a hard copy if you prefer at time of registration. Either way, you must bring your student handbook (electronic or hardcopy) with you to class. None will be available at the classroom site
