NOTE: BRING YOUR LAPTOP AND A FINANCIAL CALCULATOR AS THESE ARE

Class is limited to 20 students maximum room capacity. Early
registration is highly recommended. No walk-ins allowed.
Due to COVID, masks must be worn in the building and in the
classroom. Sanitizer is available in
the building and in the classroom.
This course is approved for six (6) hours Appraisal Institute
continuing education credit (CE). Full attendance is required. No exceptions.
This course is approved for acceptance by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and
Certification Board (TALCB) for six (6) hours of continuing education credit
(ACE). Full attendance is required. No exceptions. This course is NOT APPROVED
by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for MCE credit. This course is NOT
acceptable by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation TDLR) for
respective continuing and/or qualifying hours. The South Texas Chapter reserves
