- THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPUTER, WEBCAM AND MICROPHONE. IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE CREDIT.
Virtual Classroom Guidelines: Students must have a computer, webcam and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. If you have a Lenova laptop, you must have the Lenova Vantage App installed on your computer for the webcam to operate. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor. A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the start date. You will receive a separate email from the chapter office with log-in access information. Student Course Handbook-Download: Have your student course handbook loaded on your laptop or printed and ready for viewing. You can download by logging into to AI account – Downloads. Student Course Handbook-Printed & Shipped: If you opted to purchase a printed course handbook at an additional fee when registering, they will be shipped to you 30 days prior to the program. Important Download: Some files are large and take time to download. Right-click on each download component and select "save target as" from the drop-down menu. Then select a location on your computer. DO NOT attempt to access the file while it is downloading. Some files are large and take time to download properly. Attendance Requirements: - Attendance will be monitored throughout the day.
- Students are required to hold up photo ID at roll call, if requested.
- Students are required to be visible on the virtual platform during the entire class – 100% attendance policy applies.
- Instructors will direct questions to students.

Livestream Education Exception Please note that not all states have approved Livestream education, therefore, registrants MUST CHECK their individual states for approval BEFORE registering for the Program. Before registering for the Program, registrants understand and agree that continuing education credit for this program MAY NOT be available in their state on the date of the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State exceptions for livestream education may expire PRIOR to the offering date. State Credit Please note that 100% attendance is required in order to receive any approved state credit or to be awarded AI CE points. It is imperative that you check with your state board for state approval information before completing registration.
