It begins with detailed discussions of property comparability, techniques used to gather and verify data for a subject property, and use of this data in selecting appropriate comparable properties and neighborhoods for analysis in the approach. You’ll explore ways to sort and analyze data and effectively apply certain statistical analysis tools. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of comparable sales using units and elements of comparison is approached through detailed practice problems, case studies, and lecture.
