Seminar Description:  The 2-hour seminar will start with a brief overview and discussion on the general topic of Appraisal Review, followed by focusing on real property appraisal review assignments involving appraisals by multiple appraisers.

 

This interactive presentation will provide two or three actual case studies, veiled from any specific identifying details, about unique examples of the use of appraisal reviews involving appraisals by multiple appraisers to enhance the understanding of valuation professional roles and responsibilities, in addition to those of clients, intended users, and others.
