Virtual Meeting Participation Requirements and Guidelines:

Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students

must be able to see and interact with the instructor. A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter Office as

verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date if you have not taken a prior virtual class with this chapter.

An access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation.

Please check your webcam/microphone privacy setting on your computer/device.

If you register for this conference you agree to not drive in a vehicle while the conference is in session.


100% attendance is required with working webcam and microphone.

State picture IDs are required.


Cancellation Policy

No refunds for not meeting the 100% attendance policy or no shows on the day of class. 

No refunds for students not on camera or without a working microphone.

There is a $10 cancel fee after registration.
