Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Refunds:  Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office.  Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received.  Direct your email requests to  info@gulfcoastai.org.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Up To 12 days prior to program start date, $15.00 cancellation fee
  • 2 - 11 days prior to program start date, $35.00 cancellation fee
  • Less than 2 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment

Additional Information

Seminar Description:  The 2-Hour session will commence with a brief overview discussion on the general topic of Appraisal Review, followed by focusing on real property appraisal review assignments involving appraisals by multiple appraisers.

The interactive presentation will then provide two or three actual case studies, veiled from any specific identifying details, about unique examples of the use of appraisal reviews involving appraisals by multiple appraisers to enhance the understanding of valuation professional roles and responsibilities, in addition to those of clients, intended users, and others.

Note:  This seminar was developed by Richard Borges, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS.

Note:  This class will be held via Livestream/synchronous interactive classroom via Zoom.  Students are required to have a computer, webcam and microphone.  It is the student's responsibility to have the required equipment to participate and receive continuing education credit.

Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit. 

 • Attendance will be monitored throughout the day 

• Students are required to forward a photo ID to the chapter office prior to class

• Students are required to be visible on the virtual platform during the entirety of the class 

• Instructors will direct questions to each student in the morning and afternoon
