TOPIC: Top 10 Takeaways from Your

In this seminar, attorney Peter
Christensen will offer the key takeaways from 10 cases and legal situations
involving appraisers. The issues span
both commercial and residential work.
Some of the takeaways offered include:
• Copying
and pasting information from Wikipedia and other internet sources into
appraisal reports – what legal problems has that created for appraisers?
• Are
limitations of liability enforceable?
• Where
can appraisers find good sample engagement letters for a range of non-lending
assignments?
