SEMINAR SCHEDULE – MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2020: Login and Roll Call – 12:00 to 12:30pm Lecture – 12:30 to 4:30pm To expedite roll call, please provide a copy of your driver's license to the Chapter office for ID verification prior to November 16. Please cover all information except your full name and photo prior to sending to the Chapter. CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: Appraisal Institute = 20 points (Attendance Only) New Mexico CE = Pending Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) = Pending TUITION: Tuition includes a pdf copy of seminar material.

Requests for cancellation must be received in
writing at the Chapter Office. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit,
or reschedule the seminar and to change faculty assignments at any time. There
are NO transfers; you must cancel out of the seminar.

Please note that not all states have approved Virtual
education, therefore, registrants must check their individual states for
approval before registering for the Program. Before registering for the Program, registrants
understand and agree that continuing education credit for this program may not be available in their state on the date of the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if
credit is not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State exceptions for virtual
education may expire prior to the offering date.

REQUIREMENTS
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM AND RECEIVE CE CREDIT: In order to participate and receive continuing education credit, participants
must have a reliable internet connection, computer or tablet, web camera, and audio
(speaker and microphone) capability. The Zoom platform will be interactive and
live. Your webcam must be on at all times, and you must be visible and in a
location that allows for your full attention and interaction (similar to a physical
classroom). The presenter must be able to physically see
and interact with all students, and students must be able see and interact with
the instructor throughout the program. After you have
registered for the program, a copy of your driver's license must be emailed to
the Chapter office as ID verification prior to the offering start date. A Zoom access
link will be emailed to participants 24-hours prior to the program. The link will be in a different email than
your program confirmation. You do not need
a paid account from Zoom to participate.
If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone, please download the Zoom
app prior to offering. Please check
your webcam privacy settings on your computer.
If you have a
Lenovo laptop, you must have the Lenovo Vantage App installed on your computer
for your webcam to work.
