The conference has been submitted to the New Jersey and New York State Board of Real Estate Appraisers for 7 CE hours. PA is reciprocal with New Jersey.

The conference has been submitted to the  New Jersey Tax Assessors Board for 5.5 Appraisal Hours and 1.5 Administrative hours.

The conference has been submitted to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission for 7 elective hours.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $10 cancellation fee once registered for admin fee.

Cancellations starting on October 24 - October 27 will be charged a $50 cancel fee.

No refunds for cancellations on October 28th or no shows.

All cancellations must be emailed to the chapter office at metronj@ai-newjersey.org to guarantee any refund up to October 27th. No refunds on October 28th.

The program will begin at 8:30 am

The 7-hour program will end at 4:30 pm

100% attendance is required to receive CE
