C.E. Topic: Six Appraiser Liability Parables. Attorney Peter T. Christensen will share six different appraiser liability stories that each have important liability prevention lessons for all appraisers, regardless of the type of work that they do. He will also dispel some myths often held by appraisers regarding professional liability issues. If you are insured by LIA and attend this seminar you will qualify for a discount of $50 if your policy is for $500k per claim or higher, $25 if the policy is for a lower per claim limit. This program was developed and is administered by the presenter. Attendees are eligible to receive 2.0 hours of Appraisal Institute and Commonwealth of Virginia C.E. credit.
