The Roanoke Valley Residential Cost Seminar and Market Update 2021 is a 4-hour virtual seminar via Zoom for appraisers and other industry professionals. The Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has assembled panel of experts who will provide insightful data and information regarding the Roanoke Valley residential real estate market.

ACTION REQUIRED: Students will need to send a photo (ex: driver license photo) to vccai.education@gmail.com after registering for the seminar. Seminar instructors & VCCAI staff/executive committee members will be verifying photo identification of students during roll call at the beginning and throughout the offering. 

IMPORTANT: Our seminar instructor must be able to see you and you must be able to see the instructor. Zoom Meeting allows student/instructor interaction through the video and the chat function. This is a requirement and you will not receive credit if you do not have video capabilities to see the instructors/allow the instructors to see you.
