Seminar: 8:30am - 4:30pm (1x20 minute break in the am, 1 hour lunch, and 1x20 minute break in the afternoon)
This in-person class has been approved for 7.0 hours of CE from DIFI. (If you are seeking credit from a State outside of Arizona, please confirm with the State Board prior to registering for this in-person offering as we cannot guarantee CE in any other State other than Arizona)
This year’s Fall Forum will be on November 8th and will be held at the same location (Willow Conference Center – 4340 East Cotton Center, Suite 100).

CANCELLATIONS
No refunds for cancellations received after November 1st or for program "no shows". Cancellations can be emailed to aiphoenix152@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to substitute instructors, to cancel or modify this program if sufficient registrations are not received by Friday, October 27th or due to other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, tuition fees will be refunded. All other costs incurred are the registrant’s responsibility.
