The Details: Check-in and Hours
Onsite check-in will begin at 4:45pm on Thursday, January 21. The Residential Subdivision Lan Valuation Workshop Update will run from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and will be conducted using ZOOM as the interactive learning platform. Immediately following the Subdivision workshop, we will hold our 2021 Installation of Officers, followed by a brief Chapter Business Meeting and the Installation Celebration. While COVID prohibits us from celebrating in person, we hope that you will pull together a little plate of your favorite appetizers and a beverage while networking with 2021 President Jeanine Kraus, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, and her Leadership Team. The Chapter Meeting will include updates on issues affecting the Appraisal Institute and the real estate appraisal profession. In addition, over $2,000 in scholarships will be awarded. This event provides all who attend with an opportunity to "discuss" additional issues of importance to not only help you survive, but to thrive during these unprecedented times.
