The Lender Roundtable Seminar, is designed to delve into the relationship between bank reviewers and appraisers. The seminar will discuss key issues from both sides of the equation and provide practical ways to maximize the interaction for both parties. The first portion will present helpful tips for the appraiser to understand when working for a lender client, followed by a discussion of pro-active ways for the lender-client to provide the appraiser with a quality experience. Both portions will provide common pitfalls to avoid, and the seminar will end with interactive examples of review experiences. It will include substantial class discussion to explore ways to make the review experience a positive interaction with the same goal.
