There will be a $5 cancellation fee after registration up to the day of the program. There will no refunds the day of the program.

This course has been approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Appraisal Board for 3.5 hours. The program was submitted to the New York State Board of Appraisers for 3.5 hours and the New Jersey Tax Assessors Board for 3.5 Appraisal Hours.
