FORMAT: Registrants will connect using ZOOM interactive technology. For the full ZOOM experience, registrants will need a computer, Internet access, webcam, and a microphone. You do not need a paid account from ZOOM to participate. A WEBCAM IS REQUIRED. The session monitor must be able to see each of the students and verify that they are participating at all times throughout the class.

Please send a copy of your Driver's License or Photo ID to aioregon@oregonappraisers.org  Feel free to cover any personal information with the exception of your photo and printed name. Quick Tip:  Cover personal information with cut-to-size Post-it-Notes or via electronic means before taking a photo with your phone or scanning.  ID's should be submitted to the Chapter Office immediately upon completing this online registration.

Program Hours and Materials

Online check-in will begin at 8:00am on Wednesday, June 15.  Instruction will run from 8:30am – 12:30pm (Pacific Time) and will be conducted using ZOOM as the interactive learning platform.  There is no exam associated with this offering.

The ZOOM link will be sent within 24-48 hours of the offering ONLY to confirmed registrants who have provided their Photo ID/DL in advance.  


Education Credit Hours and Attendance Verifications
Those who check into the interactive platform late, leave early or are not visible during non-scheduled breaks may jeopardize receipt of credit.

Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables Designated Members and Practicing Affiliates to receive 10 AI CEC points. 

Licensed/certified appraisers must meet the 100% attendance requirement.  [Note:  This particular offering is based on the "live" classroom version that falls under the temporary exemption for virtual / online classroom education due to COVID / SIP restrictions.]
