Street and Outdoor Parking Street parking and surface lots are available throughout Overton Square. Surface lots are located between Court Avenue and Madison Avenue. Please note and observe all posted parking rules. Public Parking Garage Overton Square's state-of-the art public parking garage is located at 2100 Monroe Avenue and uses a convenient pay-by-plate system. Parking is FREE before 6:00 pm. All cars in the garage after 6:00 pm require payment, even if you parked prior to 6:00 pm. The standard cost for parking (Monday-Wednesday) is a flat $3 for the whole evening. The standard cost for parking (Thursday-Sunday) is a flat rate of $5 for the whole evening. Parking is a breeze at Overton Square with two options to pay: pay-by-plate at the automated machines in the garage, or via mobile app. Option 1: Pay via the automated machines Just park, snap a photo of your license plate or write it down, and pay via cash, coin, or card at the pay machines conveniently located in all four corners of the first floor of the garage. Once you enter your license plate at the machine and pay, you’re good to go and enjoy the offerings of Overton Square. Option 2: Pay via your mobile device Text P2717 to 504504 and skip the pay machine entirely! You’ll have the option of setting up an account through the Premium Parking app that stores your license plate number, so you won’t need to enter it again.
