Description:  This 3-Hour Florida Appraisal Laws & Rules class is required to renew your Florida Real Estate Appraisers license.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $15.00 cancellation fee 

• 4 - 14 days prior to program start date, $30.00 cancellation fee 

• Less than 4 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment 

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received. Direct your email requests to: wcoastfl@tampabay.rr.com.

Class Schedule:

Class Instruction:  1:00 – 4:00 pm  (Please arrive at least 15 minutes early)

Class Materials: You will receive the seminar material via separate email one week prior to class.

Download Materials: Please bring a printed copy of the materials with you or have it loaded on your laptop for viewing. 

How to download your CE Certificate:

- At least five days after the class, log into your AI Account and click the "My Account" button on top right of the page.  ClIck on "Education and Events". This will take you to a list of all the AI classes you have attended.  Click "View" to download your Certificate.

State CE Credit:  This is an in person class and is approved for Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board continuing education credit.  For other states, you should determine current education approval and requirements.

Continuing Education Credit:

Appraisal Institute: 15 points

Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board:  3-Hours, #0010112

Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
