Program: 2021 National Appraisal Institute President Rodman Schley, MAI, SRA will preside over our installation ceremony followed by a presentation of the State of the Appraisal Institute looking to 2021. Property Appraisers Presentations: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM We will have the County Property Appraisers from Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties to give us an overview of the present general trends and challenges we face in 2021.
