Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Refunds:  Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office.  Confirmed students’ should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received.  Direct your email requests the chapter office.

•    Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee.

•    7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee.

•    Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.


Additional Information

This 3-hour Florida Appraisal Law class is required to renew your Florida Real Estate Appraisers license.

The Northeast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the program and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time.


Required Equipment: Some classes require you to bring a laptop and or other equipment. Be sure to read the class description to determine if any equipment is required. You are responsible for bringing your equipment, none will be provided. Please safeguard your equipment and personal belongings at all times. The Appraisal Institute, the Northeast Florida Chapter, the Instructor or the facility will not be responsible for the loss of your personal belongings.


Course Attendance-Don’t be late:  One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs.  This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early.  If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
