This event will be held on Zoom. Sign in will start at 8:00 am. The program will run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. There will be an AM and PM break and one hour lunch break. You must be seen and heard for 100% of the program to receive a CE certificate.

Virtual Meeting Participation Guidelines:

Attendees must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The HOST must be able to physically see and interact with all attendees and attendees must be able see and interact with the HOST for roll calls.

 

You must send a copy of a picture ID, which can be your driver's license with all details blacked out except the name and picture emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date.

You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle; you must be able to see the presentation, be seen and respond if necessary.

If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering.

The chapter will send state boards the roster of students who complied with the Virtual requirements above.

 

Cancellation Policy

There will be a $15 cancellation fee for any cancellations from the day of registration through April 24th.

There will be no refunds for cancellation the day of the program, for no shows or students who do not follow the Virtual requirements using Video and Audio for 100% of the program.

Submitted to the New Jersey and New York State Appraisal Boards for 7 CE hours.

Submitted to the New Jersey Assessors Board for 5 1/2 appraisal hours and 1 1/2 Administrative Hours.

Submitted to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission for 7 CE hours.
