About the Seminar:

This short program explores many aspects of a pro-forma operating statement, offers ways to support inputs from revenue through the capitalization process. It will review various valuation tools commonly used by appraisers that are peer tested and industry approved for analyzing income producing properties. USPAP stresses the need for supporting inputs in all appraisals. Forecasting is challenging for all analysts and this program will emphasize the need to provide supporting market data for all inputs. Including the research and analysis undertaken by appraisers, the client and intended users are better able to understand where the numbers came from and the basis for any forecast.
