The Atlanta Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is excited to present "Appraisal Aerial Inspections using a Drone". This groundbreaking seminar introduces using aerial technology to obtain information and data for real estate inspections. Real estate is the number one industry taking advantage of using aerial drones and appraisers are in a great position to take advantage of the benefits of using them. Whether or not you plan to incorporate drone technology into your practice, this seminar will open your mind to future opportunities in use and investment. "Appraisal Aerial Inspections using Drone" will discuss the various crossover industries in real estate already incorporating drones into practice and how an appraiser can take advantage of using them. Appraisers will learn about the various types of drones used, various sensors and the data that can be obtained. The seminar will teach valuable techniques and skills necessary to fly and film real estate. There are a number of operational, environmental and regulatory issues that need to be understood in order to use a drone and this seminar covers them all.
