Class information: Class will begin at 800am- you may start logging on to the zoom meeting (link will be sent to you the day before the class) at 7:30am. You will have an hour on your own for lunch. Class will end at 3:00pm. This is a 6 hour class- The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to interact with the instructor. 100% attendance is required.

Cancellation Policy • Up To 15 days prior to
program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee • 7 - 14 days prior to program
start date, $25.00 cancellation fee • Less than 7 days prior to program start
date, forfeit of payment Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must
be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed students should not
assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been
received. Direct your email requests to: execdir@ai-utah.com. The Utah Chapter
of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable
airline reservations or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserves the right
to cancel, limit, or reschedule the program and to change faculty assignments
and facility locations at any time. Course Attendance: One hundred percent
(100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs.
This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements.
Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you
will not receive credit.

Please note: This class will be held by Zoom, a virtual interactive
classroom technology.
Virtual classroom guidelines:
· Students must have a computer, webcam, and microphone
capabilities to participate and receive continuing education credit.
· The instructor must be able to physically see and interact
with all students and students must be able to interact with the instructor.
· A copy of your driver’s license must be emailed to the
Chapter Office (execdir@ai-utah.com) as
verification after you have registered and at least two days prior to the start
date.
· You will receive a separate email from the Chapter office 24 hours before class with
Zoom login information.

Appraiser understands: ~AQB minimum qualifications for becoming a
Trainee Appraiser ~Utah rules for Trainee Appraisers that
exceed those of the AQB Criteria ~Processes and roles of the entities involved
in establishing qualifications for credential appraisers ~Expectations and responsibilities of the
Trainee Appraiser ~Basics of the Uniform Standards of
Professions Appraisal Practice (USPAP) ~Responsibilities and requirement of a
Trainee & Supervisor Appraiser’s role in maintaining and signing all
Trainee Appraiser experience logs.

and understand that the Utah Chapter’s virtual offering will NOT be approved in

education credit for this program MAY NOT be available in their state on the
date of the Program. The Appraisal Institute is not responsible if credit is
not available for the Program in individual states. Please note: State
exceptions for virtual education may expire PRIOR to the offering date.
