Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

- Up to 15 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee. 

- 7-14 days prior to program start date, $50.00 cancellation fee.

- Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.   


Transfer Policy:

- A $25 dollar fee is required to be paid to transfer into another program at any time prior to the program start date.

In this seminar, you will learn about the various types of aerial inspections and the different crossover real estate businesses using them. You will also become familiar with the Federal, State and Local rules and how to obtain permissions for safe aerial operations.  Watch from the skies as a residential home is constructed over a 10-month period and learn about the environmental and operational issues involved in multiple operational flight.  There is a lot of material to be shared so get ready for a professionally produced, fast-paced, informative, interactive and fun program.

About the Instructor/Developer

Lamar Ellis, MAI, SRA, is a real estate expert with over 30 years of valuation experience.  He has written seminars on drone technology and its impact on real estate since 2014 and presented in 31 States.  Lamar is an FAA Certified Part 107 Remote Pilot and president of Drone Education Services, LLC.  He currently serves as Treasurer for the Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Unmanned Aerial Systems International and participates in UAS working groups.  He is a recognized expert on drone technology and its impact on real estate.  He has spoken at the National Conferences of the Appraisal Institute, the American Society of Appraisers and the National Association of Realtors.
