Seminar Description:

Highest and Best Use can be interesting puzzles to solve and this seminar will give a few short case studies to scramble, analyze, and solve the puzzle.  The exercises will be engaging and filled with networking to think outside the box in some cases.  If you thought highest and best use was a box to check, come see how far outside the box your analysis may have been!

This seminar is for both residential and commercial appraisers. This wide variety of experiences promotes the ideas that influence HBU and keeps the class interesting!
