The exercises will be engaging and filled with networking to think outside the box in some cases. If you thought highest and best use was a box to check, come see how far outside the box your analysis may have been! This seminar is for both residential and commercial appraisers. State CE Credit: This class is only approved for Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board and Appraisal Institute continuing education credit. For other states, you should determine current education approval and requirements. The South Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the program and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Required Equipment: Some classes require you to bring a laptop and or other equipment. Be sure to read the class description to determine if any equipment is required. You are responsible for bringing your equipment, none will be provided. Please safeguard your equipment and personal belongings at all times. The Appraisal Institute, the South Florida Chapter, the Instructor or the facility will not be responsible for the loss of your personal belongings. Course Attendance-Don’t be late: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
