Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Up to 15 days prior to program start date, a $5.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all requests for cancellation. Between two and 14 days prior to program start date, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all requests for cancellation. Less than two days prior to program start date, no refunds will be given.

SEMINAR TOPICS:

·     In the first panel, Hector Monge, MAI with Caltrans; Ryan Hargrove, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, R/W-AC with the County of Orange; and Eric C. Schneider, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, R/W-AC with Jones, Roach & Caringella, Inc. will be sharing best practices in performing appraisal reviews related to right-of-way acquisitions and litigation. The panelists will give advice on what should be included in appraisal reports and common errors and issues to avoid. The panelists will also share some of their more memorable review experiences. Following their discussion is a Q&A session.

 

·     In the second panel, Steve Henry, MAI with Cushman & Wakefield; Justin D. Slack, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS with WaFd Bank; Brent A. Johnson, SRA, AI-RRS, RAA with Res1 Valuation & Consulting, Inc.; and Mathew Shake, MAI with Dawson Appraisal, Inc. will provide their insight in performing reviews for lending purposes. The panelists will discuss standards as they review to appraisal review, challenges as they relate to reviews of certain property types, and memorable review experiences, among other topics. Also following their discussion is a Q&A session.
