Additional Information

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY.  STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPUTER, WEBCAM AND MICROPHONE.  IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT.

MORE THAN JUST AN EDUCATIONAL EVENT - This forum will connect you to local and national experts for insights to local and global real estate markets and how they’re impacted by evolving transportation hubs, travel access, and supply chains — the changing ways we live and work!  Relevant topics to include real-time updates to the current considerations for COVID19.  This will be a fast-paced interactive discussion with both public and private market participants providing educational market insights and a “must attend” event for all real estate professionals to understand these evolving markets and COVID19 impacts.

While we must meet ‘virtually’, this ZOOM session will allow you the opportunity to connect with nearly a dozen real estate professionals in one event – for question/answer opportunities - to network – AND get CE credit!

Our keynote speaker KC Conway, MAI, CRE, CCIM Chief Economist - speaks frequently at industry events and is regularly quoted by various real estate and finance publications. Considering the monumental concerns for public health and economic volatility, he will take a look at changes through the last few years to now, expanding on how globally connected transportation, communication, trade, and shipping has fueled the real estate markets - the “logistics” of it all - and how it has allowed events like this pandemic to impact globally more quickly than a decade ago.

Secure your spot! Prepare to be educated on changing dynamics of our local and global real estate markets, as our speaker delivers a robust and insightful discussion, complimented by nearly a dozen panelists from the local market to expand on related topics, and enhance local knowledge. This forum promises to NOT disappoint, with both educational and interactive network insights, this is the easiest most rewarding way to secure eight hours of CE this year.
